My boyfriend said that he would be pay for it he really wanted a hot donut. As we are paying a group of boys and another group of friends walk in and expect to get a free donut when the sign is on...they were handed their FREE donut and walked out meanwhile we are paying for our donut that should've been free as well. Super disappointed in the service especially when we were right there and witnessed the whole thing.February 19, 2017
