  Amazing customer service. I had a drink made by another branch that did not taste like I ordered. I went to this branch and asked if they would remake it. Without hesitation they made me the perfect double shot mint mocha every!!! Thank you guys!!!

  My experience here the past few days has been very grand. After just moving in to Grand Rapids, this Biggby has welcomed me like a family. My service each day on way to work has been splendid. The server that touched my heart the most was Josh Erickson, he left me feeling very warm inside with the kindness he expressed to me. Mr. Erickson made me feel welcomed on the day the I was there. I do hope to see more of Mr.Erickson in my next few weeks of work. Great service, keep it up.

  Josh erickson was the best server ive had at any biggby location he was polite and had a big smile on his face really made me feel welcomed UPDATE I just had an amzing time with great service by Mr. Erickson. I do hope they give him a raise and a better position so he can provide for his pregnant girlfriend
