  I was not sure what to expect as I have never dined here or any of their other locations, but I was not expecting possibly the slowest service for me being one of the only customers.
  
  Upon entering the gated parking lot, several spaces were snowed in and I managed to park on top of a snow hill at the end of the parking-lot farthest from the restaurant. When I entered it kind of had a nice feel, more modern than not, but kind of basic. It did have a "neighborhood restaurant" vibe and was quickly greeted by the hostess who directed me to the bar since I was dining alone. I sat down and patiently waited for Kevin, the bartender to greet me. He was wrapping up with his guest whom was in the process of cashing out.
  
  After several minutes, Kevin introduced himself, I asked if I would like something to drink, he brought it over and placed my Iced Tea upon a napkin that he wrote his name on with marker, great, one of those places I thought. He then walked away, after several minutes he came back and asked if I was good on the Iced Tea or would I be eating something. Since it was a restaurant and during the lunch hour and I was sitting at the bar ordering Iced Tea, I assumed that he would just provide a menu no questions asked. I had to inform him that I would be eating lunch. He brought over a menu and I asked what type of soup they had, he responded that they had Turkey Chili, I ordered the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich with Fries and a cup of Chili.
  
  Looking around, I now realized I was the only person in the restaurant, all the other guests had left yet it still took about 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Kevin asked "Is that it?" when he sat down my sandwich, I replied that he forgot the chili, which honestly should have been delivered 1st, right after I placed my order. He had to apologize and bring over a rather cold bowl of chili.
  
  My "Kevin" napkins were blowing all over the place because of a ceiling fan that was on high, I had to ask him to turn it off. Kevin never once asked me how my food was and he stayed as far away from the bar as possible. To me the entire experience felt as though I were intruding on Kevin's day at his job, which actually is providing food and beverages to people. I did not feel welcomed.
  
  I asked for my soup to go as the sandwich was EXTREMELY greasy and a ton of oil coated the bottom of my "basket" that contained my lunch, I had to just eat the chicken because the pita bread was saturated and was not very good. The fries were great, and aside from being cold, the chili seemed like once I reheat it, will be good. I was kind of in a hurry since I was held hostage from my day by staff that could really care about me and this lunch took excessively long.
  
  When I asked for the to go container, I assumed Kevin would just go grab it, then ring me out, but nope he had to stand at the register, which might be the only once available since he waited behind some guy in a green shirt that took forever to enter in what ever he was entering on the screen. I had already placed my card on the bar since this process was taking FOREVER, and when he handed me the check, he was all "are you ready to check out?" I so badly wanted to say "No, I was just showing you my card for fun" but I said yes and again he took his time processing everything. I finally received my container and I left, not once was I ever thanked for coming in, no one ever asked me how my lunch went, over all this was terrible and I will never come here again. Kevin was awful.
