  Just witnessed several code violations through the drive-thru window. First she touched her jeans and her hair with the glove then she was taking a drink out of her soda and started to laugh and cough all over the same station that she was assembling sandwiches on. Disgusting I just drove off did not pay and did not get my food.

  I love DD. This location has quite possibly the worst service we have experienced. They cannot support orders in a timely and accurate way. We ordered breakfast for 4, we were told at the drive through we should CALL in our order first. 4 drinks / 4 sandwiches. The fact that you cannot fulfill an order in a timely way is NOT on the customer. News flash. You need an overhaul on your service training.

  Worst experience ever. They aren't polite and they were out of the big stuff their menu has in the ice cream part. The woman there was rude and when she made an ice cream cone she barely put it on there so I ended up with a cup and half of it on the floor. I won't be buying ice cream there.
