I was charged for someone else's order and I had to call multiple times to speak with the manager, who was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She told me, "well next time you need the correct information." No, there will not be a next time because I will never be back to this restaurant! Learn some customer service skills and manners, or you will lose MANY more customers. My issue STILL isn't resolved, so I will be reporting my issue to corporate and the BBB. Do NOT eat at this restaurant unless you want poor service and rude staff waiting on you.November 30, 2016
